Account, sign-in and credits
Use Studio menu → Account and balance to check the account you are using, its balance and recent spending. This matters before a paid run: your browser project and an agent connected with your API key use that account’s resources.
Sign in to the right account
Section titled “Sign in to the right account”Use an available sign-in button on the Vini portal. Telegram and Google are supported sign-in methods; the buttons shown depend on the deployment’s configuration. Registration may be open, restricted or require completion of the profile shown after sign-in. A welcome credit is configuration-dependent, so use the amount actually shown to you.
Contact permission is a separate choice from signing in. When you grant it, the studio records its date and the privacy notice version (currently 23 October 2026). You can withdraw that permission in your account; a bonus already credited is retained.
To add a second sign-in method to an existing account, sign in first, then open My account → Sign-in methods → Link. Confirm the connection with the chosen service. Linking is different from signing in separately and ending up in another studio account.
If a method belongs to another account, stop and resolve the account conflict. A method cannot be unlinked if it is your only way to sign in. If a linking session expires, start again from the account screen.
Check your on-demand plan
Section titled “Check your on-demand plan”Start, Pro and Ultra are account pricing plans. They are separate from a model’s quality setting: switching from a draft to a full-quality generation changes the configuration, not your account plan. Prices depend on the selected model and settings; do not assume one percentage discount applies to every operation.
- Open Account and balance and inspect the plan badge. Open its details to see why the plan applies and, when relevant, its expiry.
- Before generation, check the price shown for your account. The public portal’s studio calculator compares three plan prices for the same model and configuration. Comparing those columns does not change your assigned plan; an estimate can settle lower, within its agreed ceiling.
- To change the plan, contact the administrator. Plans are currently assigned manually, with an explicit end date or until revoked. A top-up does not automatically upgrade the plan; automatic qualification by top-ups over a rolling period is not available.
Accounts that existed before publication of the new commercial offer receive Ultra through 31 December 2026, inclusive, in Europe/Warsaw. Accounts created after publication do not join that early-user group. A separate manual assignment is retained: when the early-user benefit ends, the manual plan applies if it is still valid; otherwise the default is Start. An administrator can assign Ultra to a partner independently of top-up volume.
Account merging is restricted to administrators. A merge retains the early-user benefit if either account has it and preserves an existing manual assignment. Different manual plans or expiry dates stop the merge before changes: an administrator must resolve the terms explicitly and open a fresh preview. A successful undo restores each account’s previous early-user membership and manual assignment.
The calculator covers the configurations it can quote without uploading source media. If a model or combination cannot be quoted there, follow the visible refusal and use the studio’s estimate for the actual inputs. A loading or failed quote is not a zero-price generation.
Vini and a connected agent use the account’s commercial prices when describing available models and reusable generators. Review the quote for the actual action before authorizing generation; a catalog rate alone is not the full price of every input configuration.
Check the balance and what was charged
Section titled “Check the balance and what was charged”The account screen separates available balance from spent this period. Choose the date range, then inspect spending by day, node type, model/quality or project and the recent transactions.
A model or quality change can change the next run’s price. Check the displayed estimate or ceiling at the action you intend to run. A completed earlier result is not a promise that another generation is free. See runs, cache and cost.
Purchased balance does not expire. You can make a one-off top-up without a subscription. Free beta or promotional grants have their own terms; do not treat them as purchased balance.
Top up sends a request and shows the next action or administrator contact. An administrator currently adds the funds. Sending the request does not itself add credits or complete a card payment. If the balance remains empty, wait for the actual credit before retrying paid generation.
A generation started under the current commercial policy keeps the agreed price ceiling even if your plan or the price list changes while it runs. Its final charge may be lower when settled from measured use, but cannot exceed that generation’s reserved ceiling. If the price changes before a new action is accepted, the studio stops that action and shows the updated estimate. Review it and explicitly choose whether to run again; a changed price does not trigger a paid automatic retry. See a run will not start or its cost is unclear.
If an open tab contains an older compiled price list, the studio shows Refresh prices (Обновить цены) and pauses paid launches. Use that action to reload the studio, then review the current amount before launching. A stale tab cannot authorize a paid call using its older model rates.
If analytics cannot load, use its Retry action. An unavailable spending report is not evidence of zero spend.
Subscription interest is not a purchase
Section titled “Subscription interest is not a purchase”Subscription packages are a future offer, currently collecting requests for private access. Sending a request does not activate a subscription or charge the account. The intended packages will specify separate quantities for particular models; the exact models, quotas and package terms have not been published. Continue to use on-demand top-ups under the terms shown to you.
For commissioned content, team setup and the separate private-access request, see choose how to work with Vini Studio.
Connect an agent with the necessary permissions
Section titled “Connect an agent with the necessary permissions”Open API → Keys and setup. Start with permissions appropriate to the task, copy a newly created key immediately and set a spending cap when allowing generation. The key is shown once. Losing it means creating another key and revoking the old one.
Follow Connect through MCP and the read-only first project before granting an agent a paid task. A key’s spending cap is separate from your account balance.
Invitations when your account has partner access
Section titled “Invitations when your account has partner access”If your account shows Invites, you can create a single-use invitation with a grant up to the displayed cap. The first eligible new account using it receives the stated grant; copying or sending the link does not itself create an account. Inspect whether the invitation is unused, used or revoked before reusing it.
Ad links and campaigns are a separate route with their own availability and attribution. Follow the controls your role actually exposes. Partner access does not grant account administration or access to another person’s private projects. Welcome amounts and campaigns are configuration-dependent; use the terms and amount shown on the actual link.
Example checkpoint
Section titled “Example checkpoint”Before asking an agent to render a clip, confirm:
- The intended project belongs to the account whose key the agent uses.
- The selected model, mode and quality match the task.
- The account has available credit and the key allows the action.
- The agent knows whether you authorized one generation or a bounded series.
- After the run, the result and the transaction can be reconciled.
Account administration, credit grants and account merging are restricted operations. The ordinary account screen does not grant those powers. This guide describes the current studio workflow; it does not promise a particular welcome grant or price.
Last source review: 18 October 2026. This page describes the commercial release contract; it is not a receipt for a particular account’s assignment or a completed payment.
