Vini Studio documentation
Vini Studio turns an idea into a video through a graph of connected steps. You can work on that graph in the studio or let a connected agent inspect and build it through MCP.
Understand the studio
Section titled “Understand the studio”Start with how the studio works, then learn how its parts fit together:
- Projects and workspaces organize your work and its background information.
- Elements, scenes and media explain the difference between a character, a scene and a finished file.
- Skills and saved generators help you reuse a technique or a node setup.
Then learn why models, modes and providers differ, how to use frames, sheets and keyframes, and what current text and visible results mean.
Make a complete result
Section titled “Make a complete result”Follow your first video from a fictional brief through a reviewed image to a downloadable clip. Each paid step has a checkpoint.
- Reuse a character across scenes.
- Work from a video reference while choosing what to take.
- Assemble and finish approved clips.
- Share a reusable recipe or publish a finished video.
Choose a model for the intended operation, then use the relevant technique guide, such as static camera, dialogue or character identity. The node reference lists current ports, settings and practical limits.
Continue a series or finish an existing film
Section titled “Continue a series or finish an existing film”You can start from your own footage, an existing song or a previous episode. Choose the task you need next:
| Your task | Where to start |
|---|---|
| Keep the same world while making different kinds of videos | Build shared lore: World, a Format for each kind of video, and an optional Episode log. Review the documents before saving them. |
| Describe an existing song or prepare a music brief | Audio Breakdown and music models describe the source; Music Caption Rewriter prepares a prompt for the selected music model. |
| Cut scenes to a song and adjust clips, music and voice | Assemble and finish: inspect scene timecodes, then use Montage Studio to review the whole timeline. |
| Choose an episode’s graphics and keep the style for the next one | Subtitles and decoration: preview built-in design systems, edit the composition and save its style to the library. |
| Let an agent prepare a social post for review | Publish a finished video: prepare the caption, account and applicable cover; the person reviews the form and confirms publication. |
| Bring your own large source file | Files and artifacts explains direct and chunked uploads, retrieving materials and finding completed results. |
Use the actual film and your brief to judge the result. Reusing a world, character or design system helps carry decisions forward; review each new episode before release.
Work with an agent
Section titled “Work with an agent”- Connect your agent with a key that can only read.
- Read your first project and result: inspect its graph, then retrieve an existing image without changing the project or starting a generation.
- Check what agents can do before moving on to graph edits or paid work.
Continue with graph edits, files and artifacts and running a node. The MCP tool reference covers the registered tools, scopes, schemas, examples and result checks. The live API reference and agent entrypoint remain available alongside it.
Diagnose the next step
Section titled “Diagnose the next step”- Connections and inputs: a file, reference or text does not reach the intended operation.
- Results and cache: the visible result differs from the current project.
- Runs and billing: a run is refused or its cost is unclear.
- Run recovery: find completed work before retrying.
Use this guide alongside the studio
Section titled “Use this guide alongside the studio”The guides use English interface names and include Russian names where they help you find the same control. Tool names and identifiers stay exactly as the tools return them.
Reference facts follow the current studio catalog. A supported operation and a tested creative result are different claims: each guide states its evidence and limits. Open the studio to work on your own projects, or read account and credits and working with Vini first.
