Make a video using a reference

Use this recipe to borrow a sample’s filming approach or selected structure while making a new clip. Supply a clip you are entitled to use and a short brief describing your own subject and desired result.

Connect the clip to Video Analysis (Разбор ролика). Choose quick analysis for plans, camera, action and light, or detailed analysis with sound when song lines, timed events and sound matter. Review the estimate before this paid step.

Read the breakdown and notes alongside the original clip. The analysis describes the sample; it does not decide which creative choices your new video should inherit.

Connect the analysis’s plans (планы) output to Prompt for the model (Промпт под модель) at context (контекст). Connect your own brief to brief (бриф) and your Elements to their inputs. Connect its text output to the target Video node.

Choose the aspects to take:

Aspect Decision
Idea Keep the sample’s underlying idea or use your own.
Camera and editing Borrow framing, camera movement and cutting approach where appropriate.
Action and choreography Borrow the action pattern or replace it.
Place Decide which setting matters; your supplied brief and Elements take precedence.
Light and colour Reuse the visual treatment without treating it as a new subject.
Sound and rhythm Choose whether the new scene should follow those aspects of the sample.

The presets include by the idea, only how it is filmed, plot, and all but faces. Review the resulting individual choices. The source’s faces, appearance, handle, watermark and author text are not the reusable instructions this workflow is intended to carry.

Choose the target Video model and mode before writing its final prompt. Generate the prompt, read the whole result and check it against your brief. Then inspect the video inputs, quote the run and generate only after accepting the cost.

The analysis panel can show a Style pack. To my prompts (В мои промпты) saves its complete body in your personal prompt library; Copy puts it on the clipboard. A saved pack can be inserted from the library into an authoring request in another project.

A pack of text, an Element used as a style sample and a saved skill are different objects. There is no implied universal catalogue of style presets. A Design system separately controls graphic overlays.

If connecting a frame/motion style output to text N on Image or Video, place its placeholder deliberately when it should supplement an existing scene. An unplaced text input can replace inherited scene text. Review the incoming context before running.

Verify your subject, action, location, intended camera/light choices and sound. A successful analysis does not prove that a generation followed it. When an input was not delivered, repair the model/mode or connections before rewriting the creative brief.

MCP provides analyze_video and supported graph runs, but the personal prompt saving buttons remain browser actions. Use individual media operations or run a node as appropriate.
