Seedream 5.0 Pro is an image model by ByteDance. An image generation and editing family. The author describes localized editing and layered-image capabilities; only controls explicitly exposed by the generated Vini contract below should be treated as connected.

Limits apply together. initial is the studio choice for a new node; default is the fallback for an existing node without that value. Declared language or input support does not guarantee a successful result.
Prompting playbook
Section titled “Prompting playbook”Specify the edit region and intended change clearly. If a source contains a drawn marker, ask for the marker to be removed from the final image. Preserve the rest of the composition explicitly.
Studio example
Section titled “Studio example”On an Image node (Картинка), choose Seedream 5.0 Pro. Supply the input image or Element when the selected operation requires a reference. Use this original example as a starting point:
In the marked area of the shop window, replace the empty vase with a small fern. Remove the drawn outline and preserve the frame, reflections and lighting.
Review the prompt and expected format before running. Compare the output against the source, including hands, face, object count, lettering and crop. Use the resulting scene image as a video first frame only after approving it. For automation, follow the supported MCP workflow.
Known failure modes
Section titled “Known failure modes”A model-author claim about layers, coordinate editing or language support does not mean a dedicated Vini control or tested result exists. Inspect the unchanged region as carefully as the edited object.
Evidence and limits
Section titled “Evidence and limits”A 16 August 2026 character-sheet study produced the requested full-body views and detail inserts. Coordinate-guided editing was not rendered in that study, so it remains an untested outcome in this guide.
