Terms of Service

In short: the essentials of this document.

• Vini Studio is a cloud AI-video studio in closed beta. You must be 18 or older to use it.
• Everything you create in the studio is yours — including commercial use.
• Uploading someone else's face or voice? Get that person's consent first.
• We do not train AI models on your content.
• Credits are prepaid: the cost of every generation is shown before you run it — you are never charged more than the shown amount. Paid credits are valid for 12 months.
• Not allowed: real people without their consent, minors in any inappropriate context, pornography, deception and impersonation.

1. Who we are and what this document is

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of the Vini Studio service (vinistudio.app; "we", "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

2. Age and account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country, if higher) to use the service.

Sign-in works through a Google or Telegram account. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access to it secure. Access is currently invite-based: we may approve, decline, or postpone a request without explanation.

3. How the service works

Vini Studio is a node-based studio where you assemble videos from blocks: script, frames, voiceover, editing. Generation is performed by third-party AI models (image, video, audio, text) — we pass them your request and return the result.

The service is in beta: features may change, individual models may be switched off, and we cannot yet guarantee uninterrupted operation. We try to give advance notice of significant changes.

4. Your uploads

Everything you upload to the studio (photos, videos, audio, text) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process these materials — store, transform, and transmit them — to the extent needed to operate the service, including the right to pass them to third-party AI model providers (a sub-licence) — strictly to the extent necessary to fulfil your request.

By uploading material containing a person's face or voice, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from that person. Voice cloning requires the explicit consent of the voice's owner. You are responsible for the consequences of uploading someone else's materials without consent.

5. Your outputs

Generated outputs belong to you. We do not restrict their commercial use and make no claim to them.

It is important to understand the nature of AI generation:

• outputs are not unique — another user with a similar request may receive a similar or identical result;
• outputs can be inaccurate — facts in generated text and video need checking;
• responsibility for how and where you use an output rests with you.

If an output depicts a real person or a realistic event, we recommend clearly labelling it as AI-generated.

6. We do not train models on your content

We have no AI models of our own, and we do not train any models on your uploads, prompts, or outputs. Your content is passed to model providers only to fulfil your specific request — see the Privacy Policy for details.

7. What is not allowed

You may not create or upload content that:

• depicts a real person without their consent — including public figures and celebrities;
• depicts minors (real or synthetic) in any inappropriate context — zero tolerance here;
• contains pornography or sexualised material;
• is used for deception: impersonation, forged documents, disinformation, fraud;
• violates the law, other people's rights, or intellectual property rights.

You also may not use the service for biometric identification of people, or attempt to bypass model safety filters (jailbreaking, prompt injection). Use of individual models is additionally subject to their providers' rules.

8. Credits and payment

Generation is paid for with prepaid credits.

• The cost is visible upfront. The price of each generation is shown before you run it, and you are never charged more than the shown amount: for most models exactly the shown price is charged; for some, the final charge is calculated from the actual generation volume and may be lower than the estimate. Re-running with identical parameters is served from cache for free.
• Beta grants. During the beta, credits may be granted for free. Such credits have no cash value and may be changed or revoked at any time.
• Paid credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; unused credits then expire, unless mandatory applicable law requires a refund of the prepayment. Credits are not money: they cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). You may withdraw from a credit purchase without giving a reason within 14 days. By starting a generation you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, for the credits used, the right to withdraw is lost. An unused credit package can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase — write to [email protected]; we will refund using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.
• Price changes. We may change generation and package prices; changes are never retroactive and do not affect credits already purchased.

9. Rights to the service

The service belongs to us: the studio, its code, design, and built-in prompt and skill libraries. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the service for as long as these terms are in effect. You may not copy the service, extract its system prompts, or pass the service off as your own.

10. Content complaints

If you believe content created or published through the service infringes your copyright, or uses your face or voice without consent, write to [email protected]: describe the content, attach proof of your rights, and include contact details. We will review the complaint and remove the content if it is justified.

11. Moderation and termination

We may remove content that violates section 7 or suspend the account it came from, and close the account for serious or repeated violations. You can delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

If an account is closed for a reason other than a violation, we will refund the value of the unused paid credits pro rata to their purchase price, using the same payment method, within 30 days of closure. Free (grant) credits are not refundable.

12. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is": it is a beta, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of drafts, or fitness of outputs for a particular purpose. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, or not what you expected — use them at your own risk.

Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of: the amount you paid to the service in the last 12 months, or EUR 50. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the consumer-protection laws of your country).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in advance — by email or an in-service notice. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the new version. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of registration — it will be stated together with the entity details in section 1 before paid plans launch. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain the rights granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
